SHIPPING POLICY

1. OVERVIEW

This Shipping Policy describes how Anyka LLC ("Company") ships Holivex products to customers. Please read this policy carefully.

2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

2.1 Geographic Coverage
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States.

2.2 Restricted Areas
We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO addresses, or certain remote areas. Customers in restricted areas must contact contact@anyka.com for options.

3. PROCESSING TIME

3.1 Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed.

3.2 Weekend Orders
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

3.3 Delays
The Company reserves the right to delay shipment for inventory, payment verification, or quality control purposes.

4. SHIPPING CARRIERS & DELIVERY TIMES

4.1 Carrier Selection
The Company ships via USPS, UPS, or FedEx at its discretion. Carrier selection is based on cost, location, and delivery speed.

4.2 Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Delivery depends on carrier performance, destination, and external factors.

4.3 No Guarantees
The Company does not guarantee delivery by any specific date. The Company is not liable for delays caused by carriers or external circumstances.

5. SHIPPING COSTS

5.1 Cost Calculation
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, destination, and selected carrier. Costs are displayed at checkout before purchase.

5.2 Hidden Charges
No hidden shipping charges will be added after purchase, except as required by law.

5.3 International Shipping
The Company does not currently offer international shipping. Requests can be submitted to contact@anyka.com for consideration.

6. PACKAGE HANDLING & TRACKING

6.1 Tracking Information
A tracking number is provided via email once the order ships. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information.

6.2 Delivery Confirmation
Delivery confirmation is obtained from the carrier. The Company is not responsible for unconfirmed deliveries if tracking shows delivery.

6.3 Signature Requirements
Signature is not required for standard deliveries unless ordered by the customer at additional cost.

7. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

7.1 Lost Packages
If a package does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact the Company at contact@anyka.com with proof of order and tracking information.

7.2 Damaged Packages
If a package arrives damaged, contact the Company within 5 business days with photographic evidence. Replacement or refund will be issued at Company discretion.

7.3 Carrier Claims
For carrier damage or loss, the Company will file a claim with the carrier. The Company is not liable for carrier negligence.

8. CUSTOMS & DUTIES

8.1 Not Applicable
As domestic shipping only, customs and duties are not applicable.

9. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

9.1 Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address at checkout. The Company is not liable for shipments sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

9.2 Address Changes
Address changes must be made immediately after order placement and before shipment. Changes cannot be guaranteed if the order has already shipped.

9.3 Package Reception
Customers are responsible for receiving packages safely. The Company is not liable for packages stolen or damaged after delivery to the provided address.

10. BUSINESS DAYS & HOLIDAYS

Shipping operations are closed on weekends and major US holidays. Orders placed during these times are processed on the next business day.
