This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases of Holivex products from Anyka LLC. Holivex is a passive electromagnetic radiation modulation device classified as a wellness product. Please read this policy carefully.

Holivex is a wellness and bio-resonance product, NOT a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, cure, treat, or prevent any disease or health condition. The statements and benefits attributed to Holivex have not been verified by independent third-party testing.
2.2 Non-Refundable Based on Unmet Health Expectations
Because Holivex is a wellness device and individual physiological responses vary significantly, refunds will NOT be issued based on claims that the product did not produce expected health benefits, improvements, or any other health-related outcomes. By purchasing Holivex, you acknowledge that wellness products affect individuals differently and results are not guaranteed.
2.3 Results Vary by Individual
The efficacy of Holivex depends on numerous factors beyond the control of the Company, including individual biology, device usage patterns, placement, overall health status, and lifestyle factors.
Holivex products are eligible for return under the following conditions ONLY:
3.1 Defective Products
If your Holivex product is genuinely defective (physically broken, damaged upon arrival, fails to adhere properly due to manufacturing defect), you may return it for replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase.
3.2 Return Window
All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
3.3 Proof of Defect Required
To claim a defective product, you must provide photographic evidence of the defect, proof of purchase, and a detailed description of the manufacturing defect.
3.4 Non-Returnable Conditions
Products are NOT eligible for return if they have been used on multiple devices, partially or fully removed and reapplied, subjected to physical damage by customer, or purchased more than 30 days ago.
4.1 Initiation

4.2 Evaluation
The Company will evaluate the claim within 10 business days. The Company reserves the right to request additional information to verify the claim.
4.3 Resolution
If approved: Replacement will be shipped at no cost, or a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping) will be issued within 14 business days.
4.4 Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the defect was caused by Company error.
The following are explicitly non-returnable under ANY circumstances:
The Company makes NO guarantees that Holivex will produce any specific health outcome or reduce EMR exposure. Perceived benefits are subjective and dependent on individual physiology.
Defective products may be exchanged for a replacement at no additional cost, subject to the same 30-day window and documentation requirements.
If your product arrives damaged, contact the Company within 5 business days with photographic evidence. Do not attempt to apply a damaged produc/p>
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
The Company does not offer refunds for change of mind or buyer's remorse. Once purchased, products are considered final sale unless covered by the defect provisions.

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming for any dispute arising from this policy.
